I'm happy for Australia. When I lived in Sydney 20+ years ago I was so happy when The Cure and Lloyd Cole played. I remember talking to Lloyd in the toilet at the interval. I was hammered so grud knows what I said.
Probably too much 😆

What are you on about? There’s no news because he hasn’t got a record label. It’s as simple as that.
Even though he said he wouldn’t, he could very easily self release. You can literally self release for completely free nowadays and he refuses to, yet complains constantly when he gets a label.

Self releasing means there wouldn’t be anyone else to blame if/when the new material sells poorly.

That’s why he won’t do it. He can’t hack the responsibility.

Moz it is very important to take care of your osteoarticular state. Well, I thought: wouldn't it be too much to come and go? But if you're fine Moz you should keep going. Mozuchis you must take care of your esophagus / stomach and it is okay for your body to move you are full of energy and vitality. Moz has 64 is not old has batteries for a while... long.. Mozulis is going to bury them all and I love it.

Hopefully he doesn't cancel any Australia dates for being too hot. Remember to bring a big fan, SER.

Kinda thought Moz was in Australia a couple years ago,
cause he wrote that song Jim Jim Falls about the
waterfall there.
Right around the I Am Not A Dog... days.

As soon as I saw AU I thought of Marred. It's been too long, but he's finally going back!
YES!!!! Moz in Oz!!! This is glorious news to wake up to on a Sunday morning :)

The State Theatre in Sydney is a beautiful old establishment. Might have to rip out the seats though ;)

I've never heard of Fortitude Valley but I might have to make my way there just because of the name, oh and Morrissey of course. This news is too good and I'm quickly forgetting about worrying about the same old set lists.

2016 was more than a couple of years ago but Covid ate up three of those years so that may be the reason it feels more recent. He may have visited Jim Jim Falls in 2016 or at the very least saw it on a map.

I'm sure he's been a few times. I was just glad for Oz because I'd have given anything to see Moz in Sydney when I lived there. It's a beautiful country but you can feel lonely as it's so far from western Europe (Ireland in my case) so seeing Moz would have been extra special, a connection to another life, if that makes any sense. Moz is an anchor in the storm and sunny days of life.
