They probably haven't asked, but I actually think Moz would have showed up for this if he was asked to attend. Maybe he'll be in the crowd?

Awesome! The ad is terrific too, featuring what looks to be a largely unseen pic of Rourke --- and he's in the car! :D

They do know that Andy wasn't on the cover of Hatful of Hollow, right?

well done julie, she works tirelessly with very little reward, great event which will be well attended.

Sometime in 1999, or 2000, I arrived early for a Smiths night at The Star and Garter—and there was Andy Rourke. Sat in a corner, on his own. But not for long.

What’s going on??! Is John Robb method acting his best gargoyle impersonation?

Gargoyle auditioning as a hobbit escaping from the scene of a crime, if there had ever been any hobbits in Peaky Blinders. He could work for Hot Arthur!!!

I mean he must definitely be winning at being the best gargoyle auditioning as hobbit who needs to escape from the combined scene of a murder + large financial crime in 1920s Birmingham

Nailed it! :paranoid:

A who's who of who the hell are you?

That said I do hope it all goes well for everyone involved and attending. Andy Rourke was the man!

That’s a bit harsh, a lot of those people have links to Andy, Morrissey or the Smiths and Badly Drawn Boy had sold a lot of albums in the uk 2 of which were platinum selling.

Anyone know John Robb? Is he amusing in person? That picture :lbf:

The event looks like a very lovely gesture for Andy.
