Again: those dates were never "cancelled". Nobody ever had any intention of playing in those Godforsaken places again. Even Sammy didn't want to go back to Jerkerta, although he was born there.
Camila will be fine for the last leg of the tour.
Australia would require two broken arms to be cancelled, and Camila would then get too much compensation money for her own good. And that would be disrespectful to poor people in hospitals.
As far as Kiwiland is concerned, last we checked it was melting, so that took care of itself.
