Sure he played for 90 mins in Manchester last October , might be wrong though as I was rather pissed.

But the tours last year had 20-21 songs...on this tour he seems to play 18

It’s all about the intensity and not the quantity.

Yeah, I found the 20 last year short too. It just ends too soon. So I'm not a fan of the 18. Hopefully it's just the band finding itself.
