I meant the special concert of 1998 they gave right after the release of "UP". Michael Stipe was even interviewed at the end of the whole show.
Unfortunately, at the moment, there are just excerpts of this one on youtube.

The band had did around 10 shows in small venues like that to promote Up. One being in New York called Uplink. I sure wish I could of seen one of these shows. They were fanclub only shows. Back in the days when their fans seemed to matter to them.
