Well, there's definitely something strange going on - he isn't listed for that night on the Summerpops web site (in fact, the 13th is listed as Donny Osmond.) Also, you can't actually buy any tickets through the TicketLine link posted on the main page - they come up as unavailable. But, how did it come to get listed on Ticketline ?
