1989.. a bad bad year.

2004. My friend played me "There Is A Light And It Never Goes Out", and right after that my sister borrowed me Louder Than Bombs. At that time I didn't even know Morrissey had just released YATQ. That was the first Moz album I bought.

My parents f***ed it all up by deciding to move out of Los Angeles, which ended all of our childhood friendships, and go east to H-El Monte. New neighborhood, new school, didnt know a soul....nineteen eighty-H8 indeed.:(

I've chosen 1991, only because of the Kill Uncle tour, but it could have been 1989-1990. I missed a lot.:(

1983. A mate brought a tape of the first two John Peel sessions. I've been addicted ever since.

2003, I was 12. Thanks to a friend of mine who put The Smiths "Pretty Girls Make Graves" on her telephone.

Cool this is my very 1st post/reply!:) 2003 was the year for me! There Is a Light was the 1st Smiths song I ever heard I was 23 yrs old then in Jan 03 and I've been hooked ever since!:guitar: Then I just went crazy going iso everything Smiths and Morrissey!:D And today i'm 29 and this light shows no signs of ever going out!

1991. I came aboard just in time to catch the 1st ever US solo show. My timing also allowed me to witness the unfolding of my favorite Morrissey era ('92-'94).
