ON HEKTOR JUST BEFORE HE BREAKS INTO THE FIRST VERSE THERE ARE SOME WORDS SAID VERY FAINTLY.... IT SOUNDS LIKE ' LOS ANGELES, YOU WIPED ME OUT' BUT I AM SURE THAT'S NOT RIGHT. DOES ANYONE KNOW? THANKS.

er good question i can't make out the end of the sentence but i think the beginning is 'los angeles you are too...?

yeah.. was debating on that... it makes sense.
 
Some say 'Los Angeles, you are too ROUGH' which to my mind makes more sense.

I didn't think it was Mozzer saying it though, more likley a sample from somewhere (a weather forecast?)
