do you know this song???? very sad, almost like smiths and moz stuff

I hope all my days
Will be lit by your face
I hope all the years
Will hold tight our promises

I don't wanna be old and sleep alone
An empty house is not a home
I don't wanna be old and feel afraid

I don't wanna be old and sleep alone
An empty house is not a home
I don't wanna be old and feel afraid

And if I need anything at all

I need a place
That's hidden in the deep
Where lonely angels sing you to your sleep
The modern world is broken

I need a place
Where I can make my bed
A lover's lap where I can lay my head
Cos now the room is spinning
The day's beginning

I agree. Those are really, really sad lyrics.

yes, do you know who play it???? i know, i also love this band, and its members also love Morrissey, they have told me some months ago when i've met them on a festival.

but for me i'm still looking for that lonely angel that will sing into my sleep:confused: :( :( :(

this song is ATLANTIC

They certainly bring tears to my eyes...

here they are:

tom chaplin, tim rice-oxley and richard hughes

i also use to cry when i'm listening this song, but there are more, like "a bad dream", "put it behind you" or "bedshaped" one tale of loneliness:(

"I hope all my days

I hope all the years
Will hold tight our promise"

God this is truly plainly awful.
Obviously the public school education system in the UK (thats private school just to confuse you) is failing.

"That's hidden in the deep
Where lonely angels sing you to your sleep
The modern world is broken"
(Shakespeare is quaking in his boots)

"Cos now the room is spinning
The day's beginning"
(just like a metronome)

Those are the sort of lyrics Morrissey would probably piss himself laughing at, and not in a good way. :)
