Like Oasis, the Kinks, etc etc? Try the Audiables. These blokes are amazing. Four Belfast men, great guys. Met them at this tiny festival in Cavanacarragh (near where I live) and not only are they fantastic musicians (the lead guitarist was showing off for us pre-gig; I swear to God I had no idea a guitar could even make sounds like that) they are funny as f*** and dead friendly. We sat around in the back room making the drummer imitate Liam Gallagher and chatting about music. Make them famous. Do it. Now. I was standing watching them thinking 'couple years on, I'm going to be able to say I met these blokes and was one of the four people clapping when they improvised a cover of Gloria on a tiny outdoor stage in the pouring rain'.
