just wanted to say that i had a great time at the men tonight, my first time seeing morrissey and i loved every second of it. i managed to get near the front of the standing and the crowd seemed really up for it.

setlist was as expected, shoplifters getting a major singalong by the crowd.

the new songs went over very well, i was amazed at how they seemed to fit easily along with the classic morrissey stuff, esp' crashing bores, which he introduced by replying to "we love morrissey" chants by saying, are you sure?, wouldnt you rather love britney spears?, shes so talented and popular, and now by no accident - "crashing bores", great stuff.

said it felt nice and natural to back in the uk top 10 alongside such greats as frankie and eamonn?? not sure about the second name. he then slapped his wrists for having a go at them.

basically morrissey seemed to enjoy it and had a great time, he said "that was a bit wobbly wasnt it" after rush and a push, but it sounded fine to me.

to hear morrissey sing there is a light... was an honour.

thanks alot
