It's nice, if surprising, that they are taking note of this. RS never understood The Smiths when they were around, it mostly ignored them.

I can't understand how anyone takes anything that Rolling Stone says seriously. Whether it's true or not...the mere fact of being in Rolling Stone jaundices all credibility.
