And "Piazza Cavour" from "You Have Killed Me", what does that mean?

And is there a site which contains a collection of "Ringleader of the Tormentors" reviews?

Piazza Cavour is a square in Rome, I think.
Retroussé is French for turned-up.
Now I'm off for me colonic, eeeeeeeeeeeeeh....
