I see three hardcover copies currently available on Amazon/Amazon UK...with varying (high) prices.

I would entertain serious offers in a similar price range, but I'm not desperate to be rid of it, so...

make me an offer. as i said, i'm not desperate to part with it. it's in very good condition. i bought it new in oxford in 1995, and it's mostly sat on a shelf in a plastic LP sleeve for years. i can take some pictures in the next few days and give you a clearer idea...

I bought my Hard Bound at my University's basement book sale for 5quid. I have both editions.
