O God, could this be the same as when he said the Penguin deal had fallen through and then Penguin said "lulwot?!" and then the book was released by Penguin a few weeks later???

I believe Harvest will release "Kiss Me A Lot" as a single (promotion has been started, please read my thread).

That's why they declined to comment.
