it's not a single, that is for sure.

I like the line,"I`ve heard that you will try anything twice" though...And the bit about zig zagging across America and cant find a safety haven...Great lines...make the song for me.

The bit I like best of all though on the album is "you`re not right in the head, and nor am I", "You`re not right in the head"....Tremendous stuff!

im not sure if theres another single off that album at all
the next strongest song is "you know i couldnt last"
but could never see moz releasing that

I think 'Let Me Kiss You' has a great melody. I find myself singing it to myself all the time. I think it's a great pop single.

It's a top song, but the next single should have been 'I like you', which was just so obvious really.

I've just heard Nancy Sinatra's version of 'Let me kiss you' on Radio 2, and aside from it lending her some credibility, I can't see the point. She basically sings it like Moz, and doesn't do anything with it herself. Still, my expectations weren't high, and I suppose it could have been a lot worse.

Agreed Radar. A simple and yet emotionless rendering.

Sk.

i don't understand why two artists are releasing the same song as singles. Morrissey should have gone with I like you. although i must admit I'm starting to like Let Me Kiss you more and more.

ok ill agree with you on that one

even "i'm not sorry" works better as a single than "let me kiss you", in my opinion...

you are sooooooooo wrong, let me kiss you is a grower.

i think most youths will find it a little sappy. i dig it, but i'm the exception to every rule.

i like you or you know i couldn't last are the most radio-friendly.

True, I Like You would be better received with the younger audience than Let Me Kiss You. Maybe I'm assuming too much.
