Yes, I got a few, but were you just referring to those released in 1999?

If so, my most prized musical possessions this year are:

Belle and Sebastian - Tigermilk
Red House Painters - Retrospective

umm...I'm drawing a blank, right now. :/

I'll get back to you, later!

Well, while I'm eagerly awaiting you know who's release next year (see link below), I have enjoyed the following this year, and I don't know if they were all released in 99 or not, but here it goes...

Suede HEAD MUSIC
David Bowie HOURS
Sunny Day Real Estate HOW IT FEELS TO BE SOMETHING ON
Wilco SUMMERTEETH

Bought about 35 cd's this year. Good new ones:

Gomez - liquid skin
Echo n the bunnymen - what are you going to do with your life?
Death in Vegas - contino sessions
Beasties - sounds of science
John Southworth - Sedona, Arizona (GET IT)

all with the nme stamp of approval! (except for John S). I never claimed to be an independent thinker.

Also enjoyed Air, Mercury Rev, Pansy Division. Got about ten Morrissey and Smiths cd's which were all brilliant, except for Viva Hate, which sounds like the Cure. blech!
