Having seen Morrissey over 20 times bought 50 t-shirts etc, it may be just that I a just Morrissey fatigued, but the more I've seen him on this tour he has become increasingly boring and predictable. It could possibley down to the venues, with there strict licenses, but why is there only one song for the encore? When he has palyed other northern towns such as Leeds, Bradford, Blackburn and Liverpool I have enjoyed it more than The choice of songs has also dissapointed me, but maybe that is unfair as I thought his best recent tour was in 1999 when there was no album to promote and I seem to remember him playing only one new track each show.
Was anyone else ill after the Star and Garter on Friday? I was, and I know someone else who even missed the show 2 nights after because of it.
New York Dolls were top, but not as good as the swollen Pixies.
Also, was Lanky the giraffe on the ground? If not why not?
