The melody reminds me of the Doves song "Sea Song" from their debut album. Which isn't a bad thing, if you don't know the song try find it or download it etc.

it's not my fave off the album but it definately grew on me. it's ten times better than the live verson which always sent the crowd for refills on their beer at the LA shows. the R2-D2 bleeps definately enhance this track which could have been a bit of a bore with out them, in my opinion. still think "mexico" is a better tune though! here's hoping it's on the next single...
