I don't know if that book exists but you should check out this website.
It has all The Smiths and most Morrissey lyrics with insightful comments and information.

i have one unofficial italian book

published by Stampa Alternativa, Italy, 1988.
but they do not have all songs they forgot 2-3 smithssongs but also include viva hatesongs..but only the lyrics not the TAB and notes
but there is a new book with the fully complete tab(there a re several songbooks ion the market but they do not have all songs-lqueen is dead only has queen songs and so on so i would recommend that

I bought the Complete chord songbook, which says on the cover "every song recorded by the Smiths".
It also has a discography at the back.
The chords in the original keys.
The only published book I could find with all the song lyrics in.
I wouldn't mind a book without the chords, as it's easier on the eye to read the lyrics.

The complete chords book is good for amateur musicians like me. It taught me how to do the resonant jangly bit at the end of Pretty Hirls Make Graves, amongst others. Oh, and it has all the lyrics.
