Since it will be 20 years in September since the Smiths Southbank Show aired they may possibly be doing a retrospective of a retrospective on the band or Moz?

    Smash Hits

Whilst perusing the new books in Borders the other day i came across a Smash Hits retrorospective annual, obviously published for the xmas market. It does contain, however, both the full texts and photoes of the Moz Meat is Murder interview and the Moz/Pete Burns interview, so you may want to...

Went down to Waterstones during my break, and discovered the Johnny Marr Book 'The Smiths & the Art of Gunslinging' is on the shelves a few days early. Purchased said book, and shall let my thoughts be known on the content soon.

    New Rogan Book

Having now completed reading the book last night (it doesn't take long, hardly Camus!) i can report it is as bad as you would expect, written puely as a money making venture. For the Smiths part of the book, really your better sticking to goddards opus which is far, far superior by several...

So anyway, i've purchased this new 'Morrissey - The Albums' book by Johnny Rogan from Musicstore (thansk to whoever on here suggested them, fantastic service, much quicker than Amazon), and ive managed to read a wee bit of it during my break. Now i'm no fan of the Severed Alliance, mainly...

    Subway/Sunday

Could someone upload a file that contains the Subway/Everyday is Like Sunday combo Moz was doing on the Quarry tour, only. Due to still being on an olde dial up connection it would probably take me the rest of my life time to download a whole gig to get it. It would be very much appreciated...

Moz live: What was your first time like?

Having not been allowed to go to the Smiths when they played Newcastle (strict parents) i had to wait until the Wembley gig in '91. Can't remember too much of the gig, as it went so fast, but my notes tell me i wa particularly impressed with the version of Mute Witness played, particularly when...

    Billie Rose Boorer

With Marr's middle name being Martin, scientific research would suggest that people with the name 'Martin' have a far higher chance of becoming one of Morrissey's writing partners than the rest of the worlds population!
