Just been reading about this new Siouxsie boxset of sessions and concerts
Anyway, the announcer for the 1988 Royal Albert Hall gig that was recorded and broadcast on Radio 1 said that on guitar was Mr Johnny Marr!
This also supports it.
Anyway, if this is true then Johnny Marr's brief time as a Banshees guitarist is to be released commercially and digitally remastered!

And on Wiki I found this: "Johnny Marr from The Smiths stated on the BBC Radio 2 in February 2008 that he rated McGeoch very highly for his work with Magazine and Siouxsie & the Banshees (especially "Spellbound")".

yes this is a morrissey forum, but without marr
morrissey wouldn't have had the fanatstic music
to his lyrics. This type of small mindedness pisses me off. The Morrissey/Marr partnership was what made the music. Show some resepct for the man
