In Manchester next week

I will be visiting manchester next week (I am originally from Manchester, but have been away for a few years).
Is it possible to avoid the usual crashing bores and meet up with Moz fans?
I may not be able to visit again for donkeys years, so would appreciate a night out with people who suffer from the Moz bug like what I do...
I will try to filter any real messages from the crap I expect on this site. Thanks.

Well I'm still studying, but have a part-time job in the evenings as a curry waiter.

I'll arrive into Manchester train station at about 5 on Friday. Dont suppose you could squeeze me in your car for a lift to Preston? Or is it easy to get to Preston from Manchester by train?

Where's everybody meeting, is Grim coming too? I've got a bootleg copy of RAH 2002 that he might be interested in, and I owe him.

I know I promised you that, but I wasn't able to copy it, and I lent it to my mate and never got it back. Some people are such bastards that way.

Can I meet you for the train journey? I'll be in Manchester at about 5, I've missed you as well, and the rest of the gang of course, who's all coming to Preston? Should be a brilliant night, I'm definitely going to get onstage this time.

Well I'm actually using a mate's computer, so I don't have an e-mail address of my own. Can we just meet outside HMV about 5?

I never made it to scotland because of lack of funds, heard there were a good few nights up there?

Sure hope to meet Dean again in Preston, do you know if he's coming to that? We had such a laugh back in the old days, I'd love to do it again. Maybe the three of us could go out for a curry on saturday night? My treat!
