Don't know if anyone on here has heard this:
"There's an album of Morrissey songs due out in a few months, all remixes by friends of Dorrissey. He won't allow any Smiths tracks to be included because that would mean sharing royalties with Johnny Marr."
It's from Popbitch so it's probably not very reliable as recently one of the posters seems to have convinced the rest of them that the real reason for the court case was that Morrissey and Joyce were in a "relationship" while they were in the Smiths. This must be the most preposterous Morrissey rumour I've heard but they all seem convinced of it. Shows how rumours can become "fact".
