She was never very good, was she? I mean, her work on "You Can't Do That On Television" was pedestrian at best, and it's all been downhill from there.

Not really...maybe back when she released JLP,she had a definate doable appearance. Now,she just looks horrendous. Whats with the michael jackson wrist band thing too in the new video??? Can't think of your own stuff to wear now alanis?????

At the risk of sounding like one of the "Bobs" from Office Space - I will say, I like Alanis. Compared to many other female vocalists, I find her lyrics to at least attempt to be introspective and relevant.

And yes... You can't do that on television!
