I see that HMV.co.uk are selling the 2 versions of Morrissey's 'Let Me Kiss You' + the 7" format for a 'Link Save' price of just £5 saving £2 on the cost if they were bought separately. Seems to me they know their market.

Yes, I've seen earlier albums linked to new albums and films linked to their sequels, but not three formats of the same single.
