Haha love the article on Billy Corrigan..."musical wizard"....
I know it says you will be serving the Midlands of the UK-
will the music you talk about be only from the UK?

Haha thank you. That news story is soooooo old though. I wonder why that is still showing

The site is for the Midlands with regards to the gig guide only! The news stories are national/international stories and not just Midlands/UK based. The weekly single/album reviews will be for stuff that have been released that week in the UK - exciting American bands included. :)

I really like The Horrors 'Primary Colours' album! Their first album was RUBBISH, but the 2nd one makes my thighs and ears tingle :thumb:

Check out the single 'Who Can Say' - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNjcSgU0Nrg

What has caught your eyes, ears, and thighs?
Ha, can't tell you what's caught my thighs!:lbf:
But, as for bands, Papercuts, Frightened Rabbit, Lanterns on the Lake,
Tom Williams & the Boat, Ketch Harbour Wolves, The Dirty Projectors,
Bakers at Dawn, Cymbals Eat Guitars, and THE ANTLERS-you have to
hear HOSPICE. Lots more but that's off the top of my head.

I'll check out the video, thanks!

Love the video-and these lyrics-

And when I told her I didn't love her anymore,
She cried.
And when I told her, her kisses were not like before,
She cried.
And when I told her another girl had caught my eye,
She cried.
And I kissed her, with a kiss that could only mean goodbye.

And though it's hard, for me to say,
Maybe you're better off this way.
And though it's hard, for me to say,
I know you're better off this way.

Get away,
Get away,
Get away,
Get away,
Get away,
Get away.

HAHAHAHAHA!!
