I was wondering what the earliest film audio footage was of the smiths. I remember some documentary where Tony Wilson interviewed them pretty early on 84? but whats the earliest footage and audio?

That Hacienda gig is the earliest I know of. I have it on dvd titled Wilde About the Smiths.
I'd LOVE to see that 02/04/83 gig though.

The earliest footage of The Smiths in gig(full gig) with audio is Hacienda 4th February 1983 which was their 3rd gig!! But there is a possibility that there is footage of them at The Ritz exists!!
