Earliest recorded Smiths material?

Could anyone tell me the very earliest recordings of The Smiths that are available? The earliest stuff I have are the Troy Tate tracks, but I assume that plenty of demos and live recordings previous to this have surfaced?

I need advice. Thanks.

The single version of Hand In Glove actually pre-dates the Troy Tate sessions by a few months. Strange but true fact! So do some of the BBC tracks on Hatful Of Hollow.

The earliest recordings (according to the book Songs That Saved Your Life) are rehearsal demos like I Want A Boy For My Birthday and A Matter Of Opinion. The former is available as a 30 second clip (try Mrs Shankly's) - nobody else seems to have heard the latter though! Bugger!
