Does anyone think moz will retire on the near future?

I think he wont,,,,,;)

Emma - I enjoy each and every one of your posts. In answer to your question, retiring from recording...maybe, but from public life - no chance. There is the biography, the Swords tour. Morrissey is alive when we crave him.

Whats the swords cd about, is it rare stuff

I hope he won't...
However, this year he had said he would retire soon... Maybe it's just a joke.
Who knows.
I'd prefer that he retires only when he dies.

I've said many ones saying that he's old, but look at mr Jagger... and Richards... They're as old as Moz therefore they don't give up.

But Jagger and Richards are pathetic :blushing:

No way - he'd miss us too much!!!

no one knows, but being 50, recorded 3 albums in 5 years, toured a lot

I think he definately needs a year rest, and just live, mayne 2
We won't like it, but if we want good lyrics, co-writers who have also time
to write good tumes

I think 1 or 2 albums in the future, and he retires, not without a grand
tour with Johnny Marr
I still hope/feel the 2 will do a few gigs

before his 60 he'll become lyrycist or producer, maybe a movie of his life,
and his biograpphy, but again, I won't see him on stage older than 60.
