    Ian Brown live tour

Would absolutely howl if Morrissey did this. I am surprised it hasn't happened before.

Louder Than War / Susan Sloan: "Kristeen Young – interview" (August 19, 2022)

if I recall correctly, she was blamed by the Morrissey camp via Tobias' statement.

Louder Than War / Susan Sloan: "Kristeen Young – interview" (August 19, 2022)

Someone remind me what the cunnilingus comment she made was?

Depeche Mode’s Andy Fletcher has died at the age of 60

DM are my favourite band of all time. They got me into music itself. To say I’m heartbroken is an understatement. RIP Fletch.

Don't play with bonfires, here come the Suede

I quite like the new song. Brett and the lads can write a good indie rock single when needed. Fair play.

Suede "A New Morning" (Skylarker edition) (polishing a turd)

What on earth are you talking about? The self titled debut and Dog Man Star are both incredible albums.

Alain Whyte FB: reminisces about TV appearances (October 15 -> ongoing)

I love Alain, and respect his work, but, without wanting to sound mean, who really cares about yet another musician changing on the carousel that stands behind that guy from the Smiths when he does live shows? Us weird lot on this sordid grief hole of a website care, but the mainstream media don't.

DrumWise Meets... Spike T. Smith (April 3, 2021)

Having said that all that, I really liked Deano in terms of presentation and how he played. He was/is very unpopular here and in that Mozipedia book by Goddard, never understood why. He won't stop Walker. Great drummer, great guy.

DrumWise Meets... Spike T. Smith (April 3, 2021)

Got to feel sorry for a bloke who lasts one year and is replaced. I can't say I went to any gigs at the time, far too before my time, but listening to boots of varying recording quality the drums do sound a bit all over the stop.

    Suede ~ Camden Falcon, 2nd of August 1991 {VHS}

No he didnt. Select magazine stuck a Union Jack behind him on the front cover. He wanted and wants absolutely nothing to do with the flag.

Alain Whyte: Now My Heart Is Full - Safe At Home Sessions (June 21, 2020)

I really enjoyed that. My favourite Morrissey song and it was played beautifully.

    Doll and the Kicks

Saw Doll and the Kicks play Ruby Lounge in Manchester, around the same time as their Moz support slot I think. Morrissey's nephew was stood near me in the audience. Fun times "If You Care" is a cracking song.

Alain Whyte: "Life Is A Pigsty" - Safe At Home Sessions (May 22, 2020)

the weird thing about Morrissey is that he's never really done an ACOUSTIC set in any way. There has been odd flashes - stuff like Cosmic Dancer and such, but his band have never done an unplugged sort of thing. Pretty much any artist of note I can think of has acoustic versions of songs, why...

Alain Whyte: "Life Is A Pigsty" - Safe At Home Sessions (May 22, 2020)

the weird production on ROTT always added to it IMHO. It has some low points, but it's highs are better than anything else post-comeback.

Alain Whyte: You Are The Quarry listening party via Twitter - 8pm UK time (May 24, 2020)

These are a good read. I have to agree with him about Bores. It's really done nothing for me, even the 02 live version. Having said that, How Could Anyone... is a simialr slugfest For all of the publicity and positive press around 2004, Quarry is a really mediocre release. He's better it...
