Asunción, Paraguay concert (Dec. 5) cancelled due to food poisioning - @ABCEspectaculos

I'm sure one of Morrissey's winged monkeys probably has seen or will see it since I get the feeling they linger around here like a drunken spurned lover on an ex's facebook page. :lbf:

Asunción, Paraguay concert (Dec. 5) cancelled due to food poisioning - @ABCEspectaculos

His style when it comes to these things is "You can tell it's true because of how many words I used."

I'm just trying to save him some time. All he has to do is cut & paste.

Asunción, Paraguay concert (Dec. 5) cancelled due to food poisioning - @ABCEspectaculos

A MESSAGE FROM MORRISSEY "It is with heavy hearts and a few words pulled from the fifty cent section of the thesaurus that we accept our very wordy and familiar fates. From the time we left America, Boz was farting like an old lawnmower full of watered down unleaded, coloring the proceedings...

Asunción, Paraguay concert (Dec. 5) cancelled due to food poisioning - @ABCEspectaculos

Do you know what the ticket sales were? I'm not pointing a bony accusatory finger at you, I'm just curious. I believe it if they were below 60% of capacity. Someone always comes down with the scoots or misplaces their passport, or just f***s off to the next town because screw the people who...

Lima - Anfiteatro del Parque de la Exposición (Nov. 27, 2018) post-show

I don't think the market for cell phone filmed Morrissey shows is very lucrative, otherwise Sam would have hopped on it by now.

Lima - Anfiteatro del Parque de la Exposición (Nov. 27, 2018) post-show

If Tom Waits announced a 40 date tour tomorrow, the tickets would be gone for all 40 within ten minutes.

I think Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now would be a lot funnier.

About how long before the show starts does Moz usually arrive?

I know. I speak as a guy who has had him breeze by. But he made up for it by stopping after the show. I've not hung around before or after since 2007 though. I'm okay with my Morrissey moments.

San Diego, CA - Copley Symphony Hall (Nov. 10, 2018) post-show

They certainly didn't get all of their facts straight though. This line cracked me up. He usually does a meet and greet after his concerts, but this time he left without any interaction. It should have read "99% of the time he does not do a post show meet and greet, and this night was no...

San Diego, CA - Copley Symphony Hall (Nov. 10, 2018) post-show

I can safely say I've never held my face immediately after a punch because I'm either mentally going "what the f*** was that?" or "Oh great, now I'm in a fist-fight and it's time to put 'em up."

San Diego, CA - Copley Symphony Hall (Nov. 10, 2018) post-show

Look at the second video of the four and pay close attention to the guy's hands. You'll see his right is clenched at his side and he puts all of his momentum into throwing his left fist. If you go to youtube and play the clip at half speed it becomes really apparent.

San Diego, CA - Copley Symphony Hall (Nov. 10, 2018) post-show

By Starcrawler? Probably not. But I do agree with you that many bands that turned out to be favorites were once opening acts that I was early enough to see.

That didn't look like a failed hug so much as an intentional punch.

Long Beach, CA - Tropicalia Fest (Nov. 3, 2018) post-show

It wasn't fat shaming when it was directed at John Lydon a few weeks back. Just sayin'.

Los Angeles, CA - Microsoft Theater (Nov. 1, 2018) post-show

Same here, actually. I think you need the tribe that a specific genre or two represents in your teenage years, but as you get older you learn to recognize music that resonates with your spirit instead of your fashion.
