Never owned The World Won’t Listen
8/10 and best album since Vauxhall. Quarry had some standout tracks but many subpar ones too. This album really only has one song I don’t like much.

I truly never listen to anything from Maladjusted except the title track, which is great. The rest is at best tolerable, but not preferable to listen to. Just never liked that album at all.

For me, the original version of Maladjusted was a horrible trick. The title/lead track was just amazing, only to be followed by a WEAK album. I remember hearing the album before release on a tape someone gave me and the version of Wide to Receive was far superior to the album version. So...
I love how subjective the love of music is. Even within a passionate fan base. I never had the desire to listen to Home Is a Question Mark after the first listen. Crazy.
If LIOIWO is the worst track, I’m thrilled. But it’s all so subjective so hey. But I truly couldn’t believe someone trashed ROTT as being worse than other, more recent albums. I mean Pigsty enough makes it better than YOR. And The Father Who, Dear God, those are good songs. Not a great album...
So very promising. I’ve become accustomed over the years to simply hoping for 2-3 good songs, maybe one great one, on a new Moz album. I have always found it strange that as he’s gotten older his voice has gotten better while his lyrics have faded though. I expected the exact opposite years ago...
