I had really hoped for some unreleased stuff, like Home Is A Question Mark and studio versions of Playing Easy To Get and Noise Is The Best Revenge ...
IF they DID reform, I would want the complete old band including Craig Gannon.
But I don't think it would work. It's like a couple trying to get together some twenty years after their divorce, they have grown apart too much to get it on again. I'm afraid it would ruin our good memories of...
Re: One small coda to my post...
I prefer WAV. FLAC is just too much trouble, and I'm not completely convinced that there is absolutely no loss occurring in the process of converting a file into FLAC and back.
That being said, I'd never pay the same price for an MP3 album than I would...
Now, that's funny! I was thinking about using The Cure as an example for how it should NOT be done. Some songs on their remasters are missing bits and pieces, the person who did the job must have been half deaf, and some of the bonus tracks are audience recordings!

I'm not a big fan of remastered albums anyway, there are too many of them out there that sound worse than the original. There are only a few that would really need to be...
Exactly. However, my Louder Than Bombs cd says "Made in the U.K." ... I'm too lazy to look it up now, but I think it was intended for a US only release, but was later released in the UK and the rest of Europe anyway. I'm sure that passionsjustlikemine.com has more info about it.

In my eyes, Morrissey solo is the logical continuation of The Smiths. What the hell makes anyone think that The Smiths would have been any better then Moz solo? Nobody knows!
The fact is, that Morrissey has put out a lot of great stuff while Johnny Marr did ... well, what did he do...
1. I don't want any live tracks on a Greatest Hits album!
2. I want it to be in chronological order! I hate GH albums that jump forward and backward in time!
"There Is A Light That Never Goes Out" sounds great, too. Do you play ALL the instruments?
You should make some high quality audio files of that stuff available!
