You're supposed to listen to the album and read the tweets. They're supposed to be incidental to the music, not just stand on their own. I think it's great he joined it - Strangeways is an impressive accomplishment.
If anyone's interested in a Replay, go here...
And Van Morrison and Right Said Fred. Omg, Ian Brown sounds deranged. I saw Mani in a mask on Instagram.
If you look at the badge Johnny is holding, it's a website, based in Portland...maybe friends of his?
I don't think this has anything to do with Morrissey, but with all the anti-maskers that are gathering to protest in the UK. Morrissey should do a post wearing a mask as well.
That's the thing about Johnny's book. He puts the facts out there and leaves it up to you to form your opinion. I heard an old interview, I hope I'm remembering right, about how he portrayed Mike Joyce in the book. The interviewer mentioned how Joyce could not commit to the Smiths until they...
Have you read the book? It's really good and his early life is very adventurous. I can totally see a much better movie made of it than how "England Is Mine" turned out.
Johnny's mentioned interest in his book Set the Boy Free being made into a movie. Although last year he said he was avoiding taking any meetings. If that gets made, Morrissey can exit with the Smiths.
Nile is actually quite pretty, hence the young following. A more natural singer than his dad, but not more inventive on guitar, I mean how could anyone be?
First of all, Nile appears to have a healthy following of young people, his Instagram has 10K followers - they can't all be just Smiths fans. And second of all, I think he would know more about it than you or I. Johnny is diplomatic, but Nile is brash enough to call it as he sees it.
