There is a rumour going about that Morrissey will play the Manchester Apollo in December. Presale supposedly this Saturday at 9AM.

I have no doubt that there will be a gig in Manchester announced shortly. We're no longer surprised at the lengths "The Management" will go to in order to sell as many tickets/ shift as many 'units' (Platinum Deluxe Edition! Pah!!) as possible.
I know the "business side" of things is always motivated by greed, & that deception is commonplace among these types, but Sanctuary, in collaboration with Morrissey's current representatives, have really taken the piss, making no attempt to disguise the contempt they have for the 'punters'.
Laws of common decency or fair play no longer apply.
Don't get me wrong. I'm always happy to hear about another concert or the release of previously unavailable songs, it's just the sneaky, underhand & cynical manner that these things are made available to the fans that pisses me off.
I'm sure some of those who bought Earls Court tickets would have appreciated knowing that there would be shows much closer to where they live.
Anyway, as most of this goes without saying, it just leaves me to say that I sincerely hope that the scum-sucking, manipulative, Capitalist parasites responsible for making these decisions end their days riddled with Cancer & wracked in pain in some decrepit, under-staffed Hospice.
