Another show in Lost Angeles? How many times must I see the same show? Moz just plays the same old songs and never changes or challenges his sets. Get a new album and then go on tour again. What a loser.

Ah, *very* nice -- I somehow missed all the SoCal shows last year due to a variety of circumstances, but now he's coming back to Irvine, where I caught a damn fine show of his back in 1997. Rock. See y'all there...

The Quest is a very intimate place to see a show. It's known for having R&B and Rap performers, but they are obviously looking to expand to other genres. It hasn't been associated with Prince since back in the day when it was formerly called Glam Slam. It's similar to another Minneapolis club called First Avenue, where I saw Echo and the Bunnymen last fall. It's a great experience to lounge in a perfect spot from the balcony with some drinks and some smokes and watch one of your favorite groups perform all of your favorite songs. That experience doesn't come around very often.

yes, bucktoothed girl, the quest is quite a place to see a show. much more intimate than the roy wilkins auditorium (where i caught the replacements back in '89). i was at the echo and the bunnymen show at first ave, too. that ian is quite the performer...but the sound was horrid.

I caught Echo and the Bunnymen when I lived in the SF Bay area a few years back at the Live 105 BFD concert at the Shoreline Amphitheater(my fifth out of six years of having the show). I couldn't wait for them to play "Lips Like Sugar Kisses", when much to my chagrin the sound was horrid! The first verse was a series of chopped up words, static and feedback. You could tell he was PO'd, but what can you expect from a live festival where they have to corral 16+ bands on and off one stage in the course of eight hours. Performers at the same festival included The Cure, Erasure, Squirel Nut Zippers, and others including local talent. A must see if you get the chance! And the price is definately affordable at $15-$25 depending on field or seat. Wow have I digressed! Umm...Sorry. ;)

Seeing Morrissey now is like seeing Elvis in Las Vegas in the mid seventies. To quote Morrissey " You silly old man, you're making a fool of yourself....

Please don't kill me, but am I the only one concerned about this excessive touring? When will he enter the studio? This huge tour seems like an excuse for not recording anything new. Any information or rumors?

This goes out to the loser "NO ONE" how dare you talk your crap about Morrissey. Maybe you shouldn't go see Moz here in L.A.That's one less poser going to the shows. Morrissey is the best and always will be. His music is the most meaningful thing in my life.
