Oh yeah, there's a tour. As before, check the tour page for the latest info and setlists. Please continue to contribute your information and reviews through the info boards for each show or through e-mail. Lately I have been slightly overwhelmed but will try my best to keep up with it all.

Other sites to check for the latest tour information: MorrisseyTour.com and Recycled Papers.

This is very odd: the tour is starting tonight and STILL no word on the opening act???

I had the same feeling. I suppose if nothing else, we'll find out when the curtain goes up tonight (and I'll post back here when I get home from the show).

In other news, it's raining cats and dogs in Spokane today. I think I'll grab an umbrella and mosey on down by the Met Theater and see if there's any activity as yet on my lunch hour.

The opening band for the Spokane show was a local band brought in at the last minute called Shrinking Violet. They sounded a bit like The Cranberries. You couldn't hear the vocals well, though, so most people got a bit bored. The Moz show was great fun.

So Morrissey does it again! Same old, tired , and typically boring setlist. The new songs are a great addition, but I am sad to see that with all of Morrissey's solo material he can only muster up two new songs. I agree that Alma Matter and Boy Racer should be taken to the scrape heap and buried forever. Here's an idea, how about Morrissey just rehearses one song and plays it over and over all night. How about a real gem such as Daghamn Dave!

Look, you cheeky monkeys. Stop posting tour dates on the board and rubbing in the fact I can't see him because he's in (whining voice) America.

It's the center of the world, right?!

But the tickets are already sold out for the only show on Feb 25th, one month in advance.

As the Roseland Ballroom is tiny

Please schedule another show for Moz!

Morrissey in LA!!! Well sort of.
I checked KROQ underground and they have Morrissey listed as playing the UCI Bren Center on March 5th. Now all my fellow LA people out there can stop whining.

I checked the KROQ main website and they have Morrissey playing the UCI Bren Center on the 3rd and the Universal Ampitheatre on the 4th. I would believe this one over my previous post. After seeing him play the Palladium and being up close, I don't know if assigned seating would be too much of a let down. Oh well, at least he's coming.
