It is reported in the comments that Morrissey walked off during the second song after being hit with a beer bottle thrown from the audience. See also: forum thread posted by Uncleskinny.

Jonathan Ross stated that Morrissey will now not be appearing on his show this morning. He stated that the Mope has cancelled a few concerts recently due to ill health.

Also stated that now Ross can start his show with Bruce Springsteen and lead straight on to Lady GaGa, without Morrissey complaining.
