According to Ara-City Radio, the English language programme in Luxembourg, the 'wheels are moving' for Morrissey's final date in Luxembourg City.

Fingers crossed.

KRCW.org posted a Real Video of thievery corporation dj'ing some material on their live show "morning becomes eclectic."

They were talking about artists they'd like to remix, and how they get approvals, the process and procedure, et. al., and they mentioned a Morrissey remix that they'd "love to play for [us] today."

When queried by the DJ about it, they said they were pretty sure they'll be getting approval to release it.

I think these guys are the people morrissey should be collaborating with, and i think the possibility of a Moz remix is exciting and a potential thing to come for future albums.

I'm sure these guys, of anyone out there, would do the Moz justice in remix world.

Issues 7-12 of Smiths Indeed will be on sale from August 18. Email me for full details of prices and shipping costs etc as I'm already taking orders for them.

In many ways, I see issues 7-12 as the best issues of the fanzine as they were originally released at the time of the Smiths split and the start of Morrissey's solo career. A defining moment, I guess, and it's fascinating looking back at these issues to see how fans reacted to the end of The Smiths.

I was searching the Morrissey section and came across this...

eBay item number 160012350370

1959 Fender Precision Bass
Blonde finish (Clive Brown Refin)
Matching headstock
Anodised metal pickguard
Rosewood slab fingerboard
Clay dot inlays
Ex- Gary Day (Morrissey)
The above listed instrument is an original 1959 Fender Precision Bass made in Fullerton California, although professionally refinished and distressed to look like an original finish it retains most of it's original parts and plays and sounds fantastic. Owned by Gary Day from Morrissey's band and featured on many recordings.
