Q Magazine released a little photo book called "The 100 Greatest Rock'n'Roll Photographs", with foreword by David Bowie. One of the picture is of Morrissey, by Andy Earl.

The Griffiths Observatory photograph was previously published in Q Magazine #91, which has a cover date of April 1994, so ignore that "Spring 1995" part.

I was shopping on-line recently and found a new Morrissey cd titled "The Very Best of Morrissey" due for release on March 12, 2002. Even http://www.barnesandnoble.com/ shows it listed for pre-ordering. I also called my local store, and they told me I could put my copy on reserve. Yet, other music stores are not even aware of this cd. I am just wondering if this is another compilation following as a part II to "The Best of Morrissey" or if it might be the UK's equivalent of the last release? If you can find out any information on this, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks.

Iann Robinson on MTV wearing a Morrissey shirt
MorrizeeFan writes: Well as much as I hate to admit it, I had MTV on today and during TRL, VJ Iann Robinson was doing a news story about Star Wars toys and he happened to be wearing a Morrissey shirt. Nothing big but it was good to see Morrissey's face on tv.

"How To Be A Gardner" with Alan Titchmarsh
An anonymous person writes: Whilst watching 'How to be a gardner' with Alan Titchmarsh last week (27.02.02), he knelt down in a bed of soil and 'King Leer' started playing. He was in fact on one knee. Calculated, pre-meditated or coincidence. Either way t'was very amusing. It begs the question - is he a fan??

My personal vote would probably go to Liv Tyler or Natalie Portman, but I can't help thinking someone is missing from the male portion of this list...

Spot any omissions?

There is a Smiths documentary on Turkish channel CNBC-e this Sunday at 17:00PM [Turkey Time]. The show is about 50minutes long but I don't have further info. Just wanted to post so that Turkish fans may watch and maybe I can trade with people :)
