  • I do like Johnny Marr but I hate Andy Rourke. I don't rate Andy Rourke as a bass player or a person.
    Andy Rourke is a lazy 'fan boy' (hangs around cool-ish indie bands) and a waster.
    Johnny Marr is a true artist and is up there with Morrissey!!
    Johnny and Andy had a falling out some years ago now they are friends again!! Andy Rourke I hope is very grateful to the great Johnny Marr for giving him a chance to play bass in The Smiths. Lets face it without Johnny Marr Andy Rourke would be nothing!!

    I don't care about no talent, hangers on like Rourke. Andy Rourke is a leech. Andy Rourke is stupid and will forever be a teenager no matter how old and bloated he gets. Johnny Marr is great. Morrissey can't believe Andy Rourke is still alive and he hates him.

  • Andy Rourke is in a shite band called 'Freebass' apparently named after a Crack cocaine binge Rourke had with his junkie mates.
    Peter Hook is ok, Mani is ok but what a loser Andy Rourke has turned out to be I doubt he can even play bass anymore! Andy Rourke is washed up and a waster.
    Andy Rourke apparently plays bass in Smiths tribute acts if they can put up with him he is a nasty guy it would be ok if he was nice but he is nasty and greedy.
    Maybe Rourke should stick with his laptop DJ'ing, getting drunk and womanizing yuck.
    Is he still an A&R man? What a sell out everyone hates A&R men!
