  • They musn't have very high standards then. It's one of his worst sleeves ever! Well that's a bit harsh but his pre quarry sleeves are far superior!

      I agree The Smiths sleeves were consistently amazing and memorable - his early Solo sleeves were of a similar high standard but lacked that something that The Smiths covers had (a cover star) - the sleeves Vauxhall to Maladjusted were also of a good standard but deteriorating without the input of Jo Slee and Karyn Cough and as for his sleeves from Quarry onwards well they are mainly terrible and embarrassing. If we continue on this downward spiral I feel he will return to the covers stars, but in his tongue in cheek way feature people like Daniel O'Donnell, Cilla Black and The Chuckle Brothers - actually I would like to see The Chuckle Brothers on a Morrissey sleeve.
