Just spotted a possible peek-a-boo at 'Swords' proposed artwork. Moz designer Anthony Lui posted this pic on his flickr stream. Look beyond the vintage cams (whilst wiping off your drool) to the MacBook Pro screen behind them: '....ds' cover art ? Chosen photo appears to be a previously unseen Travis Shinn shot from that 'Moz in Californian woodland having just buried a body whilst dressed all in denim' session.
Very, very sad....

  • As reported on the message board, Moz wasn't happy with this image so it's not the finished cover. I hope it's not cause it's horrible. Maybe we're being misled cause Moz has chosen some bad ones lately so maybe that is the real cover. Remember "Live from Earl's Court"? Did he pick that one? I'm with the majority on this topic that feel, aside for a few exceptions, the covert art on Moz releases has sunk. There's a person on the message board that creates some mock-covers which many on the forum think are fantastic... Moz should hire that guy.

    What makes anyone think this could be the next album cover??

    This photagpher/designer probably has hundreds of Moz shots saved on the mac. We just don't know which shots will surface....

  • The artist denied this is to be the cover of Swords. GlasgowChivas' post should also have been included here, as on it's own this is just misleading.
