"I have survived the interrogation of Atlanta's Immigration officials and Myrtle Beach shall have me tomorrow nite (Friday), and the world from then onwards ... if the world can take it. One of the many penalties of being human is that tours often take a military push to start, well, all of our answers will be in our songs tomorrow night. The bloodbath starts at 7.30.     You know Morrissey has a bit of 'previous' with US immigration officers?

    I suspect that it's probably a case of him being asked something standard, Moz deciding to be Moz and replying whimsically or sarcastically, and then the immigration officer thinking 'Hello. Who's this joker?' at which point M is taken away for five hours of interrogation.

    I tell yer - I'd love to see a recording to that F.B.I. interview SO much. I would be amazing if M continued to 'be Morrissey' during that grilling, which no doubt he did.

  • I waited to get my tickets for the Pittsburgh show. The more expensive tickets 100+ are the only ones available. I waited because I really didn't think he'd show at the time. Now I'm nervous that he will show and I won't have tickets. I planned to drive to Columbus to see him, but it would be fantastic to see him in my own back yard. Moz why can't you make things easy for me?

  • AHHH! I will be there tonight at myrtle beach and I am so excited we will see the kick-off show of the tour. I have a really good feeling about the setlist, judging by Moz's comments as well as the newly reintroduced This Charming Man.

    Any setlist predictions? desires?

  • Thanks for glossing over the issue. Am I supposed to be sympathetic because you were held up at the airport for 15 minutes? The monumental task of getting the tour to start is having you appear. I'm out $500 and I'm not even at a show!

    Does everything have to be drama? Isn't Morrissey known for creative writing/speaking and exaggeration?
