NEW YORK - ALL YOU NEED IS ME - Vice magazine

A little over a month ago, Patrick O'Dell sent us a harried email asking to take down the old video we had of him hug-rushing Morrissey onstage at some show a while ago. We thought he had finally collapsed under the weight of all the internet criticism, but it turns out the Moz had just asked him to direct his next video and Patrick wanted to hold "at least a few cards." Here, at long last, is the payoff for those cards.

  • ... fabulous song, surely wasted as a b-side. Unless the rest of the album is even stronger - let us hope!

Well done Alain Whyte - I admit I've doubted him since Southpaw, other than one or two great moments like First of, Irish and Pigsty (not a huge Quarry fan and thought ROTT to be better but not brilliant) - but this is a very strong return. Good stuff.

  • David, love all these stories about Patrick, but: I hear he took a shit earlier today. Think you could upload a pic of some of the toilet paper? Fantastic. Thanks.

  • Yes, Morrisseys nicer to look at but for money's worth I'd rather have Robert play at the funeral parlour/wedding reception jobbie.
    £500 quid well spent.
