Feeling Gloomy, specialists in doom and gloom are putting on a Morrissey night on 26th January to celebrate his run of gigs at the Roundhouse. There will be a host of his and Smiths songs sprinkled throughout the night (with lots of other stuff by other gloomy bands too!) and his vids playing on the screen. Special tribute by indie air guitar band The Miserablists and a 'Mozalike' competition. Kicks off about 11pm. Bar Academy, 16 Parkfield St, Islington, London, N1.

    But yes...if anyone fancies it and isn't going to the gig on 26th me and my band will be playing at about 8.30pm. We're not 'gloomy' i think we're a bit 'rockabilly' in parts. maybe a bit 'punk'. a trifle 'indie' if you will. even a bit 'country' if you like tagging music. but yes anyway, self-promo moment
