Entertainment Weekly give odds on a Smiths reunion. Reconcilation? Apparently it's more likely the four horsemen of the apocalypse will ride through my livingroom tonight....

THE SMITHS
THE BREAKUP The British mope-rockers dissolved soon after guitarist Johnny Marr left over creative struggles in 1987. WHERE THEY STAND Battles over royalties have kept relations chilly. Marr now plays with Modest Mouse, and Morrissey admitted that they turned down $5 million to reunite at 2006's Coachella festival. Last year, he told Uncut magazine he'd rather ''eat my own testicles'' than regroup. ODDS IT WILL HAPPEN 1,000-1

The only one Mozz really hates is Joyce. Leave him out, use Morrissey's current drummer, and go from there. Rourke has nothing else going on, and Marr would gladly come back rather than being the constant sideman for his whole life.
And Morrissey really enjoys being a star, being Number 1. A reunion would be that and so much more. It would definitely beat writing crap like "On The Streets I Ran" or "The Father Who Must Be Killed". Not even an album, just a tour. And if you don't want your share of the money, give it to charity. Just a thought.....
But, it'll never happen. Mozz digs the bright red "Morrissey" lights behind him. He wouldn't want to share the billing again. Too bad.
