ROTT enters Italian chart at #15, "You Have Killed Me" at #33
"Ringleader of the Tormentors", #15 in the album chart, is selling quite well in Italy, considering that Moz isn't really famous around here. "You are the Quarry" entered at #32, so things are getting better :)

"You have killed me" makes its debut at #33 on the singles chart.

ROTT enters Dutch chart at #24
ROTT has entered the Dutch album chart at number 24 which is not too bad considered that he never gets any airplay at the bigger radio stations.

ROTT #1 in Israel sales (March)
In an Israeli famous and popular music&dvd sales site, Morrissey entered num 1 in the sales March with ROTT.

For 5 weeks, a local artist dominated the March, and Morrissey pushed him away to the third place by taking the first place. To the second place came a local Israeli singer.

  • ROTT in Belgium (Score:1, Informative)

ROTT entered the Belgian charts at 9. And after 3 weeks is still at 9.

Last week, listeners of Radio1 voted Morrissey's single YHKM number ONE in the "Carte Blanche" radio programme. YHKM had been present for 5 or 6 weeks, but jumped from 11 to 1 in one week's time (based on listener's votes). If I'm not mistaken, this is a first for Morrissey (as far as charts go).

ROTT is apparently selling well, and YHKM is liked better after a while.

I haven't seen any promotion for ROTT, apart from a translated interview in some press. I remember there was lots for YATQ (interviews, posters, air-play).
