  • Anyone notice that the link to tty.net (along with mozmusic.com) are at the very bottom of the RLOTT.com webpage?

That seems like kind of leap from just being a "fansite" (like this one) to being listed in the same breath as the official artist site.

  • Did anybody else notice the link to Julia's site at the bottom? While it's great that her site is around and being associated with an official site, Morrissey should laud more attention to and love on morrissey-solo instead of threatening litigation over certain postings.

This site stayed alive during his 7 years between albums, and has done an incredible amount for the Morrissey community and the man himself.

  • The website does *not* work- or is it just me?

It will not accept my data.

I am still hoping for much publicity and fanfare with regard to this future release- I think it will be terrific!

I am hoping for clever interviews and guest apperances that will show the world how great Morrissey is!

And last of all- I want a record signing in Chicago!!!

    Love,
    Ken S.

      • Dear Sir or Miss-

Yes. I did have the gladioli. It was a painful experience (throwing them in the trashcan). I wanted to somehow give them to Morrissey (if even possible).

I was having a real tough time that day- but everyone was real nice. I also got Brandon Flower's (The Killers) bottled water after they left the stage (the opening act). It was un-opened, and it was Ice Mountain.

I unwittingly made a few folks mad during Morrissey's set. I was desperately and foolishly trying to reach Morrissey's hand or arm onstage, and I ended up bothering a few folks- which was *not* my intention at all. By the way- I never did reach Morrissey at all.

I arrived in line for the show at about 12 noon that day. I was upset to see VIPs escorted to the front of the line- and the blue-haired dancers frightened me (they were dressed in blue, and they were wearing go-go boots).

I was very stressed out that day. I wanted you to know also (although I don't know who you are at this point) that I have been a huge fan of Morrissey and The Smiths since age 12. I am 32 now. My life has been one big obsession with Morrissey and The Smiths. The impact of their music on my life is indescribeable (spelling?).

Another note- this young gent in front of me had a picture-phone or video-phone, and he was raising it up in the air to film Morrissey somehow. This occurred during the last 1/4 of Morrissey's set. This huge bouncer tried violently to snatch it out of the gent's hand, and the results were very nasty- it almost turned out to be a fist-fight, and Morrissey was greatly distracted by it! I was right behing the camera-phone gent, and I was very frightened because I almost was killed during this minor-altercation. Morrissey looked at the situation with fear and disdain- but the gent finally put it away. Thank-God.

Hope you have a great holiday.

        With love-
        Ken S.

  • Didn't know that Corsica, Sicily, Azores counted as countries (where are the national teams, flags, embassies, etc)? Moz does what he does and still he teaches us geography... alternative, as it should be!! (I lacked East Timor on the list though)

  • While we're waiting for the latest and greatest, do some screen-shopping! The creative folk at MorrisseyTour, which is another active website providing news about Morrissey, are advertising their wares as prospective gifts for the approaching festive season. The thing to do might be to tell your friends and family about it as a hint as appreciation will be optimum from fans! They also stock some nice cards. There may be other innovative products available elsewhere with Moz-related themes so let’s keep our eyes peeled.

The goods on this occasion can be viewed by clicking ‘shop & support’ at: www.morrisseytour.com.
